Terms of Use
me-os — a private administrative tool. Version of 19 August 2026.
me-os is private software, not a product and not a service. It is operated solely for the internal administration of the operator named below. These terms are published because service providers reasonably require a published statement — not because the software is offered to a public.
Operator
THE SANCTUARY SRL — société à responsabilité limitée under Belgian lawRue de Masnuy-Saint-Jean 40A, 7020 Mons, Belgium
Enterprise number (BCE/KBO) 0742.742.559 — VAT BE 0742.742.559

No service is offered to third parties
There is no sign-up, no customer, no user account, and no means by which a third party can obtain access. The software is used exclusively by the operator, for its own records and those of its legal representative. Consequently no consumer contract arises and the provisions of Book VI of the Code of Economic Law on distance contracts do not apply.
What the software does
- Collects and files the operator's own administrative documents and invoices.
- Reads, read-only, the transaction history of bank accounts held by the operator or its legal representative, through Enable Banking Oy — an Account Information Service Provider authorised by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority — over the banks' official PSD2 interfaces.
- Tracks payment deadlines arising from those documents.
What it does not do
- It never initiates, authorises or alters a payment. No payment-initiation service is used.
- It never transmits anything on the operator's behalf without a deliberate act by the operator.
- It provides no service to any third party and processes no third party's data other than as part of the operator's own accounting records.
No warranty, no advice
The software is used as-is, without warranty of any kind. Its output is a working aid and is not accounting, tax or legal advice within the meaning of the Belgian law of 17 March 2019 on the professions of accountant and tax adviser. It does not replace a bank statement, an invoice, a VAT return or an accountant. The operator remains solely responsible for its own declarations, filings and payment deadlines.
Third-party services
Where the software reaches a third-party service — a bank, Enable Banking Oy, or a Belgian public administration — that service's own terms apply to it unchanged, alongside these terms.
Governing law and jurisdiction
Belgian law governs. Any dispute falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Hainaut, division Mons, without prejudice to mandatory rules of Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012.
